My name is Dismas Smith. I am a award-winning coffee roaster and barista. I started this micro-roaster so that I could roast small batches of coffee with the customer in mind. I have worked with coffee for over 20 years. I enjoy seeking out and roasting the best coffee I can find. Whether you like a pour-over or a shot of espresso, I have a coffee you would enjoy.
